I worked together with IDEO to help build a research plan with the goal of identifying opportunities that might help design a new strategy for the future of CCA. I developed design research probes and conducted interviews.
Additionally, as a team leader I worked with a small group of designers designing and developing brainstorming exercises and supporting prototypes for an IDEO-driven event involving 150+ participants.
